Who We Are
The original structure prior to its acquisition by Stephen J. Scillieri was built near the turn of the century with fourteen rooms to accommodate the needs of its owner.
Stephen J. Scillieri purchased the entire property with his idea of completely reconstructing the entire interior and exterior of the building which is necessary for operating a beautiful and modern funeral establishment. After considerable litigation before the Board of Adjustment in Paterson, it was finally approved to allow Mr. Scillieri to proceed with his plans.
Since its inception the Scillieri Funeral Home has added two large wings which allow considerable room for funerals. The actual facility can handle as many as three funerals simultaneously with extra convenience for the families involved and has more than enough outside space for convenient, lighted and safe off-street parking.
